对619名中专学校女生月经期间身心症状进行回顾性调查,同时评定其个性和社会支持状况。结果显示,92.9%的女生有一项或多项与月经有关的躯体和心理症状,症状高峰时间主要在经期或经前与经期,315%的学生日常生活受影响,11.5%的学生影响正常学习。躯体症状和心理行为症状评分均与EPQ的E量表分以及正性社会支持评分呈显著负相关,与N量表分及P量表分呈显著正相关。提示,培养乐观、通达的个性品质,发展良好的社会支持对减少和缓解中专学校女生月经期身心不适有积极意义。
A retrospective survey was conducted on the physical and psychological symptoms during the menstrual period of 619 girls in technical secondary schools, and their personality and social support were also assessed. The results showed that 92.9% of girls had one or more physical and psychological symptoms related to menstruation.
