本文通过对国产钛管和日本钛管所进行的冷凝特性实验研究,在理论和实践两个方面证实了钛管的冷凝传热是膜状传热这一事实,从而提出了与目前国内钛学术界较为流行的“钛管具有滴状冷凝特点”这一论点相反的观点。这对于强化传热技术在钛冷凝器上的应用及小型、高效、节能钛换热器的设计,提供了一个理论和实践依据。
In this paper, the experimental study on the condensation characteristics of domestic titanium tube and Japanese titanium tube shows that the condensation heat transfer of titanium tube is film-shaped heat transfer in both theory and practice, The more popular view of the opposite is the argument that titanium tubes have the characteristics of drop condensation. This provides a theoretical and practical basis for the application of enhanced heat transfer technology on titanium condensers and the design of small, efficient and energy-saving titanium heat exchangers.
