一中国电工技术咨询中心于1987年4月23日至26日在西安市召开第二次咨询业务工作会议。咨询中心及其所属各技术咨询部、成员单位和邀请单位共54个单位、62位代表参加了会议。中国电工技术学会名誉理事、陕西省科协副主席兰毓钟,学会副秘书长王景瀛,西电公司总经理王炎,西电公司科协主席贺明等同志出席了会议并讲了话。学会理事王元铭同志也出席了会议。中国科协咨询部荆志刚同志在会上就咨询工作的有关问题作了专题讲话。中国电工技术咨询中心主任苏林同志就咨询中心1986年工作总结和1987年工作安排作了汇报发言。代表们对在深入改革、放开搞活和激烈竞争的新形势下如何开展技术咨询工作的有关问题进行了
A China Electrotechnical Technical Consulting Center held its second consulting business working conference in Xi'an from April 23 to April 26, 1987. A total of 54 units and 62 delegates attended the meeting with its technical consulting departments, member units and inviting units.
