本文结合宁波港新建码头工程环境风险评价实例,介绍宁波海域三维溢油模型的研究与应用最新进展和成果,该溢油模型采用二维潮流模型水深积分平均流速近似代表不同水深层的水流状况,计算值与实测值比较吻合,可快速预报溢油全动力漂移、漂浮态重力扩展、溢出物蒸发、岸线吸附和溢油水体溶出等污染态势,是溢油风险预测与防范、突发事故溢油污染预报及后评估的重要支持工具。
