随着金融体制改革力度的加大,专业银行向商业银行转变步伐的加快,各基层银行别无选择地跻身于金融市场日趋激烈的竞争洪流之中。面对优胜劣汰自然规律的严峻挑战,银行必将大力强化内部竞争机制,银行职工也必然会对经济效益更加关注。而由此带来的新旧机制、新旧观念与新旧习惯的矛盾与冲突,又势必引出许多意想不到的新问题。这就要求基层行的思想政治工作不但要有超前意识,而且必须进行深层次的探索和研究。
With the reform of the financial system intensified, the transition of specialized banks to commercial banks accelerated. All grassroots banks had no alternative to rank among the fiercely competitive floods in the financial markets. The face of the harsh challenges of the natural law of survival of the fittest, the bank will vigorously strengthen the internal competition mechanism, bank workers will inevitably pay more attention to economic benefits. However, the contradictions and conflicts between the old and new mechanisms, the old and the new concepts, and the old and the new ones, will inevitably lead to many unexpected new problems. This requires that grassroots level ideological and political work not only have to advance consciousness, but also must conduct in-depth exploration and research.
