党内和谐是和谐社会重要的组成部分,在构建和谐社会中起着重要的示范和带动作用。党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》明确指出,要“以党内和谐促进社会和谐”。结合目前机关党建工作的实际,笔者认为,中央下发的《关于建立健全地方党委、部门党组(党委)抓基层党建工作责任制的意见》为贯彻落实这一要求、进一步增进党内和谐提供了重要的制度保
Inner-party harmony is an important part of a harmonious society and plays an important exemplary and leading role in building a harmonious society.
