目的针对营养不良学生进行健康教育,端正健康观念、加强营养知识、纠正不良饮食生活行为、改善营养状况、提高身体素质,为开展健康教育及干预提供科学依据。方法分别在健康教学前后,对本校704名营养不良大专生进行营养评价和问卷调查,包括健康概念、营养知识、营养与疾病、饮食及生活行为等内容。比较教学前后学生营养状况、营养知识认知程度和健康行为的变化。结果学生在教学前营养健康知识缺乏,饮食行为不合理,接受健康教育培训后,学生营养知识、健康知识及行为、营养状况等明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可以增强健康观念、提高学生营养知识,纠正不良的饮食行为和危害健康的生活习惯,对改善营养不良、促进身体素质有重要意义。
Aim To carry out health education for malnourished students, correct the concept of health, strengthen nutrition knowledge, correct unhealthy diet and living behaviors, improve nutritional status, improve physical fitness and provide scientific basis for health education and intervention. Methods Before and after health education, we conducted nutrition evaluation and questionnaire survey on 704 malnutrition majors in our school, including the concept of health, nutritional knowledge, nutrition and disease, diet and living behavior. The changes of nutritional status, nutrition awareness and health behavior before and after teaching were compared. Results Before the teaching, the students lack of knowledge of nutrition and health and unreasonable eating behavior. After receiving health education and training, students’ nutritional knowledge, health knowledge, behavior and nutritional status were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education can enhance the concept of health, improve students’ knowledge of nutrition, correct bad eating behaviors and harm to healthy lifestyles, which is of great significance to improve malnutrition and promote physical fitness.
