在编制《轻型屋面三角形钢屋架(剖分T型钢)》(06SG517-2)时,计算了热轧剖分T型钢弦杆芬克式三角形钢屋架次应力的影响。计算表明,对于受压的上弦杆,次弯矩的影响很大,尤其是屋脊附近,弯曲次应力可能会达到轴向应力的数倍,次应力的影响不能忽略。为了使图集的设计经济合理,又计算了人字式三角形钢屋架次应力的影响。计算表明,人字式三角形钢屋架次应力的影响较小。两种屋架形式用钢量的对比表明,后者比前者用钢量节省15%以上。虽然后者杆件类型较多,但数量较少且构造简单,因此,图集在编制时选用了人字式屋架。
In the preparation of “Light Roof Triangular Steel Roof Slab (Split T-section Steel)” (06SG517-2), the effect of secondary stress on hot-rolled split Fink type triangular steel roof truss was calculated. The calculation shows that the secondary bending moment is greatly affected by the compression of the winding rod. Especially in the vicinity of the ridge, the bending secondary stress may reach several times of the axial stress, and the influence of secondary stress can not be neglected. In order to make the design of the atlas economical and reasonable, the effect of sub-stress on the triangular trussed steel roof truss was also calculated. Calculations show that the sub-stress of the triangular gable roof truss is less affected. Comparison of the two types of roof truss steel shows that the latter saves more than 15% of the amount of steel. Although the latter type of rod is more, but the number is less and the structure is simple, therefore, Atlas selected in the preparation of the herringbone roof truss.
