走过风云漫卷的2005,中国房地产即将进入新的2006。回望这一年中国地产所走过的历程,扑朔迷离的中国楼市的未来颇显复杂,重新审视中国的房地产,我们发现当今的房地产已不再是简单的行业种类,实质上已经成为一个对国民经济、社会和谐发展、城镇化发展等产生重要影响的支柱产业。正是在这种背景下,由中国房地产业协会、中国市长协会、珠海市人民政府主办、房地产导刊社具体承办的2005’中国地产经济主流峰会于12月1日在珠海隆重召开。本次峰会得到了各级领导及房地产开发企业、金融机构的大力支持。
Through the storm of 2005, China real estate is about to enter the new 2006. Looking back on the course that China’s real estate has gone through this year, the future of the Chinese property market with a complicated and confusing situation is rather complicated. To re-examine the real estate in China, we find that real estate nowadays is no longer a simple industry type but has in essence become a national Economic and social harmony, urbanization and development have a significant impact on the pillar industries. It is against this background that the 2005 ’China Real Estate Economic Mainstream Summit, hosted by the China Real Estate Association, China Association of Mayors and Zhuhai Municipal People’s Government and sponsored by the Real Estate Press, was held in Zhuhai on December 1. The summit has been at all levels of leadership and real estate development enterprises, financial institutions, strong support.
