本文介绍了水泥基固化材料(NS固化材)稳定沙土路基的材料性能特点及与薄层碾压混凝土路面相结合的乡村道路施工方法。该方法具有施工简便、对施工机具要求不高、道路造价低廉、路面耐久性等优点,特别适应于沙土地区乡村和田间等低等级道路的修筑建设。通过对河南省安阳市黄河故道沙土地区200多公里道路修筑的工程实例分析,对工程方案做了技术经济综合对比。
This paper introduces the material properties of stabilized sand-soil subgrade based on cement-based hardened material (NS curing material) and the rural road construction method combined with the thin-bedded roller compacted concrete pavement. The method has the advantages of simple construction, less requirement on construction machinery, low road cost and durability of pavement, and is especially suitable for the construction and construction of low-grade roads in rural areas and fields in sand areas. Through the analysis of the construction example of more than 200 kilometers of roads in the sand area of the Yellow River in Anyang City, Henan Province, a technical and economic comparison was made between the two schemes.
