为研究穗缘端蚤中缅亚种传播鼠疫的能力 ,在T :19± 1℃ ,RH :85 %± 5 %条件下 ,对穗缘端蚤进行集群传播、单蚤传播能力、菌栓形成及生存期限等实验 ,结果显示穗缘端蚤集群传播的传疫率为 5 4. 5 5 % ,媒介效能为 0 ,单蚤传单只动物的传疫率为 0 ,菌栓形成率为 14 . 2 9% ,供血感染蚤平均寿命为 18. 3 1d ,饥饿感染蚤平均寿命为 5 .3 7d ,说明穗缘端蚤可以参与鼠疫的传播作用 ,但不是传播鼠疫的主要媒介。
In order to study the ability of Daphnia magna to disseminate the plague in China and Mexico, the population of Daphniphyllum flevoi was disseminated at T: 19 ± 1 ℃ and RH: 85% ± 5% And the survival period of the experiment, the results show that the spike edge flea cluster transmission of the infection rate of 54.55%, the vector efficacy is 0, single flea fly only animals, the transmission rate was 0, the rate of 14 cases of plug formation.
