在研究国际间军事经济时,面临着对不同国家的国防费用进行对比的问题,通常的做法是把对比国的军费换算成同一种货币进行对比。然而,这样简单地把两个国家的国防费用直接对比是不科学的,因为存在着统计口径不一等若干不可比因素,而这些障碍的存在,影响了国际对比的最终结论。障碍之一:国防费用的计算范围不仅各国每年都公布自己的国防费用,而且一些国际性权威研究机构如瑞典斯德哥尔摩国际和平研究所、伦敦国际战略研究所
When studying the international military economy, it is faced with the issue of comparing the defense costs of different countries. The usual practice is to compare the military expenditures of the comparator countries with the same currency. However, it is unscientific to simply compare the defense costs of the two countries in such a simple way because of the existence of some incomparable factors such as different statistical standards. The existence of these obstacles has affected the final conclusion of international comparison. Obstacles: The calculation of the cost of national defense is not only announced every year in the cost of national defense, but also some international authoritative research institutions such as Stockholm International Peace Research Institute in Sweden, London Institute of International Strategy
