基础研究是我国科技大厦的基础,国家自然科学基金是国家资助基础研究的主渠道之一,基金项目管理是保障顺利开展科研工作使之平稳运行的关键环节。中国科学院生物物理研究所根据研究所具体情况,积极探索符合科研规律的项目管理运行机制,为基金项目承担者营造有利于创新的良好环境,以更好地激发出科技人员的创新活力。
Fundamental research is the foundation of China's science and technology building. The National Natural Science Foundation of China is one of the main channels of state-funded basic research. The management of fund projects is the key link to ensure smooth running of scientific research. Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences According to the specific conditions of the institute, it actively explores the project management and operation mechanism in line with the scientific research rules so as to create a favorable environment conducive to innovation for those undertaking fund projects so as to better stimulate the innovation vitality of scientists and technicians.
