A new crystal of(E)-2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinan-2-yl)vinyl 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetate has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.
