表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在肿瘤发生发展过程中及治疗预后方面发挥着重要作用。新的证据表明,放射诱导EGFR的信号通路活化,促进EGFR核转位并介导DNA损伤的非同源末端连接修复,产生放射抵抗。
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) plays an important role in tumorigenesis and prognosis. New evidence suggests that radiation induces activation of the EGFR signaling pathway, promotes EGFR nuclear translocation and mediates non-homologous end-joining repair of DNA damage, producing radioresistance.
