文章通过在陆浑灌区水利普查的实践,分析了跨县灌区在水利普查中的几个特点,提出针对这些特点的对策,为在水利普查中提供了全新的思路,保证了灌区水利普查和各县普查的对接和顺利进行。
Based on the practice of water census in Luhun Irrigation District, the article analyzes several characteristics of cross-county irrigation districts in census of water resources and puts forward countermeasures to these characteristics in order to provide a new idea in the water census and ensure the water census and County census docking and smooth progress.
