哈尔滨松江拖拉机厂铸钢车间3吨电弧炉的石墨电极,过去使用链条板子装卸,工人通常需要在炽热的炉盖上操作,工作条件恶劣,体力劳动笨重,很不方便。为了改变这种状况,熔化班和维修班的工人相互合作,自行设计、制造了一个电极简易装卸工具,其结构如右图所示。适用范围:电极直径在φ280～310毫米之间。该装卸工具制造简单,使用方便,深受操作者欢迎。
The graphite electrode of the 3-ton EAF in the steel plant of Songjiang Tractor Factory in Harbin was traditionally used for loading and unloading in chain boards. Workers often operate on glowing stove covers, and work conditions are harsh and manual labor is heavy and inconvenient. In order to change this situation, the melting and maintenance workers collaborated with each other to design and manufacture an electrode easy-handling tool whose structure is shown on the right.
