在修改后的基本参数法程序NRLXRF基础上本文所研制的计算机程序DRALPHA可用于计算Lachance-Traill或Claisse-Quintin方程中的理论α系数以校正X-射线荧光定量分析中元素间的吸收-增强效应。
Based on the revised NRLXRF algorithm, the computer program developed in this paper, DRALPHA, can be used to calculate the theoretical α coefficients in the Lachance-Traill or Claisse-Quintin equations to correct the absorption-enhancement effect between elements in XRF quantification .
