被列为国家级重点新产品试制计划和陕西省科委“火炬计划”项目的CO_2膨化烟丝成套设备,由陕西省烟草公司、西北大学西安化工成套设备开发研究所、陕西省旬阳烟厂共同开发研制成功。1992年11月29日,由中国烟草总公司、陕西省科委主持在西安通过技术成果鉴定。来自北京、上海、吉林、郑州、西安等地的29个单位的95名代表参加了鉴定会议。
