在全油浸的情况下,应用超声表面波探测汽轮机转子中心孔表面裂纹,并可判断裂纹深度是否超过1mm.此方法具有波形清晰,灵敏度高等优点.
In the case of full oil immersion, the ultrasonic surface wave is used to detect the surface crack in the center hole of the steam turbine rotor and the crack depth can be judged to be over 1mm. This method has the advantages of clear waveform and high sensitivity.
