研究了ZA27合金的稀土变质机制及阻尼性能,利用悬臂梁法测试了阻尼能力。结果表明,合金中加入Al-10%RE中间合金可以细化组织和提高阻尼能力,稀土添加量为0、3%(质量分数)时有最佳的变质效果和最高的阻尼能力。认为ZA27合金的阻尼机制与晶界和相界面的粘性滑动有关,晶界和相界越多,阻尼能力越高。
The mechanism and damping properties of rare earth elements in ZA27 alloy were studied, and the damping capacity was tested by the cantilever method. The results show that the addition of Al-10% RE master alloy can refine the microstructure and improve the damping capacity. When the rare earth addition is 0,3% (mass fraction), the best modification effect and the highest damping capacity are obtained. It is considered that the damping mechanism of ZA27 alloy is related to the viscous sliding of grain boundary and phase interface, and the more the grain boundaries and phase boundaries, the higher the damping capacity.
