民族篇是地州市县志中的一个重要组成部份,是以民族为记述对象的具有特点的专业篇章。乌鲁木齐是个有38个民族聚居的城市,写好民族篇无疑将有利于建立社会主义新型的民族关系,树立民族团结的社会风气,促进民族团结,有利于开发边疆,建设边城,发展经济,昌明文教科技,繁荣边城。今谈谈编写民族编应该注意的几个问题。
