基于资源约束的工艺评价包括设计合理性评价和制造可行性评价 ,其中制造可行性评价又包括单工艺评价和多工艺评价。本文指出了目前CAPP的过于僵化和不能生成动态工艺的缺点。根据企业生产的实际需要 ,提出资源约束下的动态资源树的概念 ,建立了基于资源约束的工艺评价模型 ,并深入探讨动态资源树建模方法及在制造可行性中的应用 ,尤其是在多工艺评价中的应用
The resource-constrained process evaluation includes design rationality evaluation and manufacturing feasibility evaluation, among which manufacturing feasibility evaluation includes single-process evaluation and multi-process evaluation. This article points out the shortcomings of the current CAPP too rigid and can not generate a dynamic process. According to the actual needs of enterprise production, the concept of resource-constrained dynamic resource tree is proposed and a process evaluation model based on resource constraint is established. The method of dynamic resource tree modeling and its application in manufacturing feasibility are discussed in detail, Application in Process Evaluation
