我国国有企业现行的无形资产管理制度不仅不完善且具有特殊性,致使无形资产难以发挥其有效的经济价值。如何建立无形资产管理机构,探讨用何手段加强管理,有利于为企业带来更大的经济效益,促进企业可持续经营管理。
The current management system of intangible assets of state-owned enterprises in our country is not only imperfect but also has particularity, which makes it difficult for intangible assets to exert their effective economic value. How to establish an intangible asset management agency and explore ways to strengthen management will help bring more economic benefits to the enterprise and promote the sustainable management of the enterprise.
