中国华融大厦项目中五星级酒店塔楼地上32层,建筑幕墙高度150m,结构高度144m,由于地处台风登陆区,建筑平面狭长造成结构高宽比较大,风荷载属于控制荷载,结构体系采用抗侧刚度较大的钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,加之同时存在扭转不规则、多处局部转换和抗侧刚度突变,酒店塔楼属于超B级高度复杂超限高层建筑。针对本工程的结构特点,设计中采取多项抗震措施加以应对,对主塔结构进行小震弹性计算、风振舒适度和抗倾覆验算、静力弹性时程分析、中震关键构件承载力分析和罕遇地震动力弹塑性分析等。分析结果表明,采取的措施可行、有效,结构各项指标满足规范要求,可达到预期的抗震性能目标。

The analysis results show that the measures taken are feasible and effective, and the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the code, which can achieve the expected seismic performance.
