《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称“新课标”)与“实验稿”相比,进行了重大修改。新课标在课程性质上明确指出:“思想品德课程是一门以初中学生生活为基础、以引导和促进初中学生思想品德发展为根本目的的综合性课程。”其课程特性主要有四个方面:思想性、人文性、实践性和综合性。这四个特性与原来的提法一致,但在内容表述上赋予了时代气息,彰显了与时俱进的精神。认真领会并把握这四个特性,才能使思想品德课堂教学回归教学原点,确保教学的方向性和实效性。
