这次会议的主要任务是:贯彻落实省委、省政府在北戴河召开的全省镇企业工作会议的精神,研究进一步推进企业科技进步和教育培训工作的实施措施。七月下旬,省委、省政府在北戴河召开了全省乡镇企业工作会议,会上明确提出今后一个时期全省乡镇企业工作的指导方针是:转机制、调结构、进市场、创新业。围绕这一指导方针,提出了一系列需要抓好的重点工作,其中包括科技进步和教育培训。省委、省政府对乡镇企业科技进步和教育培训提出的明确要求,是我们作好工作的强大动力。作为乡镇企业行政管理部门,我们要抓住目前这个良好机遇,积极努力地开展工作,使我们省乡镇企业科技进步和教育培训能够提高到一个新的水平。昨天和今天各市通报了科技工作进展情况,重点研究了科技重点三项工作问题和教育培训工作、科技宣传工作,并提出了很好的意见和建议。下面,我就今后如何进一步贯彻省委、省政府在北戴河召开的全省乡镇企业工作
The main task of this conference is to implement the spirit of the province’s provincial and provincial government conference held in Beidaihe and discuss the implementation measures for further advancement of science and technology and education and training of enterprises. In late July, the provincial party committee and the provincial government held a provincial township enterprise work conference in Beidaihe. At the meeting, it was clearly stated that the guideline for the province’s township and village enterprises in the next period is: transfer mechanism, structural adjustment, market access, and innovation. Around this guideline, a series of key tasks that need to be grasped are proposed, including scientific and technological progress and education and training. The explicit requirements put forward by the provincial party committee and the provincial government for the scientific and technological progress and education and training of township and village enterprises are a powerful driving force for our work. As the administrative department of township and village enterprises, we must seize the current good opportunity and work hard to carry out the work, so that our province’s township and village enterprises can achieve a new level of scientific and technological progress and education and training. Yesterday and today’s cities informed the progress of the work of science and technology, focused on the three major scientific and technological issues of work, education and training, and scientific and technological publicity, and put forward very good opinions and suggestions. Next, I will discuss how to further implement the work of the provincial and provincial township enterprises in Beidaihe in the future.
