随着知识经济的兴起,知识管理在现代企业运营中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文在SECI知识创新模型的基础上,指出企业知识共享是企业知识创新的源泉,而企业知识共享存在的一系列障碍中,人为障碍是最难于消除的。作者建议企业知识管理中的两类人员(知识主管和普通知识员工),通过采用知识管理的领导机制和全面激励机制来帮助消除知识共享中的人为障碍。
With the rise of knowledge economy, knowledge management plays an increasingly important role in the operation of modern enterprises. Based on the SECI knowledge innovation model, this paper points out that enterprise knowledge sharing is the source of enterprise knowledge innovation. Among the obstacles that exist in enterprise knowledge sharing, human obstacles are the most difficult to eliminate. The authors propose that two types of people (knowledge managers and general knowledge workers) in enterprise knowledge management help to eliminate human barriers to knowledge sharing by adopting a leadership mechanism for knowledge management and a comprehensive incentive mechanism.
