众所周知,化学农药在防治作物病、虫、杂草、鼠害,夺取农业生产丰收中发挥着极其重要的作用。然而,在其使用过程中存在着管理体制不健全、操作不规范、施用不正确等问题,对周围环境造成了严重的污染,同时引起人畜中毒和死亡的事情常有发生,这是当今化学农药使用中值得引起重视的问题,笔者就此提出一些农药安全使用的具体措施,供化学农药管理者和使用者参考。
It is well-known that chemical pesticides play an extremely important role in the prevention of crop diseases, insects, weeds and rodents and in seizing the harvest of agricultural production. However, in the course of its use, there are problems such as unsound management system, improper operation, incorrect application and so on, causing serious pollution to the surrounding environment and causing poisoning and death of human and animal husbandry. This is a problem of today’s chemical pesticides The use of the value to be drawn attention to the issue, the author put forward some specific measures for the safe use of pesticides for chemical pesticide managers and users reference.
