目的了解文登市8~10岁儿童碘营养状况,为消除碘缺乏病提供依据。方法 2011~2013年,每年按地理方位抽取5所小学共100名8~10岁儿童,采集尿液样本、食用盐和饮用水,用碘催化砷铈反应试剂盒等进行检测。结果儿童尿碘中位数为242.5μg/L,合格盐碘食用率为91.67%,水碘中位数为6.18μg/L。结论文登市属于缺碘地区,合理的食盐加碘是改善碘营养状况的重要手段。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of children aged 8 ~ 10 years in Wendeng City and provide the basis for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Methods From 2011 to 2013, a total of 100 children from 8 to 10 years old in 5 primary schools were collected by geography each year. Urine samples, edible salt and drinking water were collected and detected by iodine-catalyzed arsenic-cerium reaction kit. Results The urinary iodine median of children was 242.5μg / L, the qualified salt iodine consumption rate was 91.67%, and the median of water iodine was 6.18μg / L. Conclusion Wendeng City belongs to iodine-deficient areas. Reasonable salt iodization is an important means to improve the nutritional status of iodine.
