目的:探讨显微外科技术在治疗手部类肿瘤中的效果。方法选取行手术治疗的手部类肿瘤患者66例为研究对象,对其临床资料以及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。根据手术方式的不同将其分为传统手术治疗组(28例)和显微外科手术组(38例),对比两组的治疗效果、复发情况及患者的满意度。结果显微外科手术组患者切口恢复 I/甲级切口37例(97.37%),I/乙级切口1例(2.63%);传统手术组切口恢复 I/甲级切口19例(67.86%),I/乙级切口6例(2.43%),I/丙级切口3例(10.71%),显微外科切口恢复优于组间传统手术组( P ﹤0.05);显微外科手术组治疗有效率为97.37%,明显高于传统手术治疗组的71.43%( P ﹤0.05);显微外科手术组的复发率为2.63%,明显低于传统手术治疗组的28.57%( P﹤0.05);显微外科手术组患者手术效果的满意度为94.74%,高于传统手术治疗组的67.86%( P ﹤0.05)。结论显微外科手术治疗手部类肿瘤的临床疗效明显优于传统手术,是治疗手部类肿瘤最佳的手术方式。“,”Objective To explore the microsurgical technique in the treatment of hand class tumor effect. Methods 66 patients in our hospital were included into this study. 66 cases of surgical treatment of hand cancers were considered as the research object. The clinical data and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different methods of surgery,all cases were divided into the traditional surgical treatment group(28 cases)and microsurgical repair group(38 cases). The treatment effect and the patients satisfaction with the outcome were compared ofthe two groups. Results The incision restoration I/ grade of the microsurgical operation was in 37 cases(97. 37% ),1 cases of I/ B incision(2. 63% )in the microsurgical group. The wound recovered to I/ grade in the traditional operation group in 19 cases(67. 86% ),6 cases of I/ B inci-sion(2. 43% ),3 cases of I/ C incision(10. 71% ). The difference of the obvious effective rate between group was compared( P ﹤ 0. 05). The microsurgical operation therapy was 97. 37% ,which was significantly higher than the traditional operation rule 71. 43%( P ﹤ 0. 05). The micro-surgical operation for the treatment of hand class tumor recurrence rate was 2. 63% ,which was significantly lower than the traditional operation rate 28. 57%( P ﹤ 0. 05). The effect of microsurgical treatment patients satisfaction was 94. 74% ,compared with 67. 86% in the control group( P﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of microsurgery treatment of hand category of tumor is obviously superior to the traditional surgery. The surgical treatment of tumor is the most effective hand category.
