在对前向式多叶片离心风机的原始噪声概况进行测试分析的基础上,对该类型风机三种主要噪声成分的产生机理和影响因素进行了系统地分析研究。全文主要包括三个部分:(1)对A计权噪声频谱中突出的峰包噪声进行了理论解释和计算分析;(2)对宽频带随机噪声进行了理论分析及计算机模拟验证;(3)计算出风机结构参数及叶道流型对旋转噪声的影响曲线。理论研究结果对该类型风机的降噪治理提供了明确的治理方向和可靠的理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the original noise profile of the forward multi-vane centrifugal fan, the generation mechanism and influencing factors of the three main noise components of this type of fan are systematically analyzed and studied. The full text includes three parts: (1) Theoretical analysis and computational analysis of prominent peak package noise in A-weighted noise spectrum; (2) Theoretical analysis and computer simulation of broadband random noise; (3) The influence of fan structure parameters and flow pattern on rotational noise is calculated. The theoretical research results provide a clear direction and a reliable theoretical basis for the noise reduction of this type of fan.
