目的:探讨肺结核患者服药依从状况及影响因素。方法:采用自拟的问卷调查表,对247例本院结核门诊治疗的确诊的肺结核患者的服药依从状况及影响因素进行调查分析。结果:247例患者中18.2%有忘记服药的经历,12.1%有中断服药的经历。2.4%有变更药物种类和用量的经历。247人中有51例有不规则服药经历,占20.6%。影响肺结核患者服药依从性的因素主要有:对自身疾病及服药重要性认识不足、药物副作用、工作忙遗忘。结论:肺结核治疗过程中,不规则服药情况仍存在,患者自身对结核病服药重要性的认识及服药态度,药物副作用与之相关。
Objective: To investigate the medication compliance and influencing factors in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the compliance and influencing factors of medication compliance of 247 confirmed tuberculosis clinics in our hospital. Results: Of the 247 patients, 18.2% had forgotten their medication experience and 12.1% had discontinued medication experience. 2.4% have changed the type and amount of medication experience. Of the 247 people, 51 had an irregular medication experience, accounting for 20.6%. The main factors that affect the compliance of TB patients are lack of understanding of the importance of their own diseases and medication, side effects of drugs and forgetfulness of their work. Conclusion: In the process of tuberculosis treatment, the situation of irregular medication still exists. The patient’s own understanding of the importance of taking medication and the medication attitude and the side effects of the medication are related to it.
