一、序言近年来,机械制造工业中,广泛使用冷挤压、热挤压、精密锻造、冷镦等少无切削新工艺。这些新工艺的共同特点:形变能量大,速度快,生产效率高,零件质量好及用料省等。因而,对模具材料相应地也提出了更高的要求。现用模具钢3Cr2W8、W18Cr4V、W6Mo5Cr4V2、Cr12MoV等制作的模具,其使用寿命较低,远远不能满足工艺上的要求,迫切期望用新型模具钢来取代。上海钢铁研究所一室,遵照毛主席“独立自主、自力更生”的教导,分析了国外发展的“基体钢”的优缺点,通过实验室的反复探索
