70年代初,哈尔滨电机厂为攀钢初轧厂设计制造了两台ZJ D285/145-14 4300kW直流电动机,用于直接驱动1150初轧机上下轧辊。投入生产后,由于历史原因,这两台电机出现过一些质量问题,如补偿绕组松动、主磁极接地等。针对这些问题,我们在哈尔滨电机厂的帮助下,对两电机进行了几次大修,使问题得以解决。此后,两电机进入了稳定运行阶段。在维护方面,我们采取了日常维护制、专责制
In the early 1970s, Harbin Electric Works designed and manufactured two ZJ D285 / 145-14 4300kW DC motors for Panzhihua Cold Rolling Mill to directly drive upper and lower rolls of 1150 initial mill. After being put into production, due to historical reasons, some quality problems have appeared in these two motors, such as compensation for loose windings and main pole grounding. In response to these problems, with the help of Harbin Electrical Machinery Factory, we carried out several overhauls on the two motors so that the problems could be solved. Since then, the two motors entered a stable operation. In terms of maintenance, we have adopted a routine maintenance system and a special responsibility system
