本工作用微型管式反应器研讨了褐煤液化过程中几个因素对液化产物性质的影响。结果表明,不同溶剂(四氢萘、十氢萘),不同气体,对气体组成无重大影响。反应温度及反应时间有明显影响。用(H2+CO)时,液体产物中大分子产物增多。H2有利于生成酚类和芳烃。
This work using microtubes reactor to discuss the liquefaction process of lignite several factors on the nature of liquefaction products. The results show that different solvents (tetralin, decalin), different gases, no significant effect on gas composition. The reaction temperature and reaction time have obvious effect. With (H2 + CO), the liquid product of macromolecular products increased. H2 is conducive to the production of phenols and aromatic hydrocarbons.
