以往工作证明,大脑皮层体感Ⅱ区参与对丘脑髓板内核群神经元的伤害性反应和针刺镇痛效应的下行性调节;毁损双侧尾核头部不影响SⅡ区对CM核伤害性反应的下行性调节,提示SⅡ区对CM核的下行调节作用可能不通过尾核。为探讨大脑皮层其它区域是否参与对CM核的下行性调节,以便进而探讨这种下行性影响是否与尾核有关,本工作观察了电刺激猫的十字沟前、后皮层对丘脑CM核伤害性反应的影响,并与电针穴位的效应进行了比较。
