随着供电企业不断改进和完善,人力资源管理逐步得到了重视,尤其是对于在政工管理的过程中的青年员工思想与心理工作。因为青年员工是供电企业的中坚力量,他们的发展与进步有利于供电企业进行技术创新和参与同行业的竞争。因此,本文将从供电企业政工管理中青年员工思想与心理的现状出发,阐述了研究供电企业青年员工思想与心理工作的必要性,并据此提出了促进供电企业政工管理中加强青年员工思想与心理工作的对策和建议。这对相关课题研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
