为满足现代化钢铁企业对原、燃料的需求,确保外购原燃料质量,参照相关机械化采样国家标准要求,根据马钢的实际情况,与河南省安阳新达高新技术开发有限公司共同研制了皮带中部机械化取样装置。该系统采取了自动控制技术、高分子不粘结材料、二次采样缩分的手段等,实现了对皮带运输物料的机械化(半自动化)采样,规范了外购原燃料的采样过程,为冶金生产和客户的结算提供了及时、准确、可靠、公正的分析数据。
