本试验旨在探究猪支气管、肺动脉的分支及伴行特点,为诊断和治疗呼吸道、心肺疾病提供形态学基础。通过ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)铸型技术,对30个猪肺脏进行支气管、肺动脉单独和联合灌注。结果显示,猪支气管树整体呈倒“Y”型,右肺支气管树由右尖叶支气管、心叶支气管、副叶支气管和右隔叶支气管及其分支构成;左肺支气管树由左尖叶支气管和左隔叶支气管及其分支构成。左、右肺动脉分支与支气管各段分支相对应。结果表明,猪支气管分支与肺脏分叶相对应,肺动脉分支与支气管分支紧密伴行,右肺的通气和供血系统强于左肺。
The purpose of this study is to explore the pig bronchial and pulmonary artery branches and accompanying characteristics for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory, heart and lung disease provide the morphological basis. Thirty pig lungs were subjected to bronchial and pulmonary arterial infusion alone and in combination with ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) casting technology. The results showed that the whole pig bronchial tree was inverted “Y” type, the right lung bronchial tree from the right apical bronchus, cardiac bronchus, bronchus and the right lobar bronchus branches; the left lung bronchial tree from the left tip Leaf bronchus and left lobe bronchus and its branches form. Left and right pulmonary artery branches and bronchial branches corresponding. The results showed that pig bronchial branches correspond to lung lobes, pulmonary artery branches and bronchial branches closely accompanying the right lung ventilation and blood supply system stronger than the left lung.
