我院近二年来共收治急性血吸虫病124例,现将记录较完整的102例分析报道于下:102例大部分为从事农业生产经常接触疫水的青壮年,其潜伏期很难肯定。其中1例系文艺工作者,仅一次疫水接触后12天即出现症状,翻阅手头文献尚无潜伏期如此短的报道。102例中轻型者38例(37.3%),中型44例(43.1%),重型20例(19.6%)。其中脑型1例,合并慢性肾炎1例,合并风湿性心瓣膜病1例。
A total of 124 cases of acute schistosomiasis were treated in our hospital in the recent two years, and 102 cases with complete records are now reported. The 102 most young adults engaged in agricultural production frequently exposed to the polluted water have a very poor incubation period. Among them, one case was a literary worker who had symptoms only 12 days after the first contact with water. There was no such report on the literature that there was no latency. Thirty-eight cases (37.3%) were medium-sized, 44 cases (43.1%) were medium-sized, and 20 (19.6%) were heavy. One case of brain type, one case of chronic nephritis, rheumatic heart valve disease in 1 case.
