班主任是班级管理的灵魂,是学生成长路上的重要引路人,对学生良好人格和行为习惯的养成有着重要作用。班级管理十分复杂且繁琐,需要有一定的方法、技巧和学问,在班级管理中,班主任只有认真研究、照方抓药、按部就班地进行工作,班级管理才能有条不紊地高效运转。本文结合自己班级管理的成功经验,对如何做好班主任工作进行了简要阐述。
Class teacher is the soul of class management is an important guide on the road to student growth, the formation of good personality and behavior of students plays an important role. Class management is very complicated and cumbersome. It requires a certain method, skill and knowledge. In class management, the class teacher only studies earnestly and grasps the medicine and does the work step by step, so that the class management can operate in an orderly and efficient manner. Based on the successful experience of my own class management, this article gives a brief introduction of how to do the work of class supervisor.
