雷击是人类不可抗拒的自然现象,有效地避免或减少因雷击造成高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)的非计划停堆,才能提高反应堆的安全性。本文提出了使用延时的方法躲过雷击的主放电时间的改进方案,并以增加外电源频率作为外电失电的判据,同时利用外电源的电压和频率共同监督外电源供电品质,从而提高了HFETR运行的连续性和安全性。
Lightning strikes are an irresistible natural phenomenon of human beings, and the reactor safety can be effectively avoided or reduced by unplanned shutdowns of HFETR caused by lightning strikes. In this paper, an improved scheme of using the delay method to avoid the main discharge time of lightning strikes is proposed, and the criterion of increasing the external power supply frequency is used as the criterion of external power loss. At the same time, the external power supply voltage and frequency are used together to supervise the quality of the external power supply, HFETR operation continuity and safety.
