2016年工会经费审查审计监督工作的总体要求是:全面贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会精神,深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神特别是关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述,按照全总十六届四次执委会议的总体部署,进一步增强政治意识、责任意识、担当意识、纪律意识,依法履行经审监督职责,努力实现审查审计监督全覆盖,切实提高审查审计监督质量和成效,充分发挥经审组织在工会工作中的保障和监督作用。
General Requirements for Auditing and Monitoring Expenses for Trade Unions in 2016: To comprehensively implement the spirit of the Party’s 18th CPC National Congress and the 3rd, 4th and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping, especially regarding the workers Class and trade union work, according to the overall deployment of the Fourth Executive Committee of the 16th CPC Central Committee, we should further enhance our political awareness, responsibility awareness, sense of responsibility and discipline, perform the duties of overstep inspection and oversight in accordance with the law, strive to achieve a Cover and effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of auditing audit supervision and give full play to the role of the auditing organization in safeguarding and supervising the work of trade unions.
