我院自2003年11月-2004年4月收治流行性腮腺炎(流腮)患者78例,采用病毒唑、清开灵抗病毒治疗及综合治疗,取得良好效果。现将临床资料报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料78例患者,男47例,女31例。年龄3～17岁,其中5岁以下11例,5-9岁32例,9～13岁28例,14-17岁7例。1.2临床表现全部病例均有以耳垂为中心的弥散性腮腺肿大,其中单侧腮腺肿大12例,双侧腮腺肿大66例,有5例合并单侧或双侧颌下腺肿大。发病时间最短1d,最长6d,均有不同程度的发热,体温37.8～40.9℃,发热持续时间3-11d,伴有腮腺疼痛者65例,呕吐者13例,持续性左上腹
78 cases of mumps were treated in our hospital from November 2003 to April 2004. The treatment with ribavirin and Qingkailing antiviral therapy combined with comprehensive treatment achieved good results. Clinical data now report as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 78 patients, 47 males and 31 females. Age 3 to 17 years, of which 11 cases of 5 years of age, 5-9 years in 32 cases, 9 to 13 years in 28 cases, 14-17 years in 7 cases. 1.2 Clinical manifestations of all cases have lobated as the center of diffuse parotid gland enlargement, including unilateral parotid gland enlargement in 12 cases, bilateral parotid enlargement in 66 cases, 5 cases with unilateral or bilateral submandibular gland enlargement. The onset time was the shortest 1d, the longest 6d, have varying degrees of fever, body temperature 37.8 ~ 40.9 ℃, duration of fever 3-11d, with parotid pain in 65 cases, vomiting in 13 cases, persistent left upper quadrant
