高校音乐院系是培养音乐人才的基地。高校音乐院系在培养服务社会创新型音乐人才时,不仅要改革传统的音乐教学模式,运用开放式、操作式教学模式,从而更全面地培养学生的创新能力和社会艺术实践能力,而且还需要有保障服务社会创新型音乐人才培养的有效途径,这样才能实现培养创新型音乐人才的目的。本文通过对当今高校音乐院系服务社会创新型音乐人才培养的现状进行了初步的探讨和分析。
