目的探讨Ho：YAG激光角膜热成形术（LTK）治疗远视的临床效果。方法对12例14只轻、中度远视眼行LTK术，术前屈光度为＋0．50～＋5．00D，能量密度44J／cm2，平均随访7．6±1．2月。结果LTK术对轻度远视（≤＋3．00D）有效，对ECCE术后远视（≤＋3．00D）有效，但术后均有不同程度的屈光回退。结论LTK术具有方法简单、迅速、见效快以及无短期并发症等优点，不失为有前途的手术治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ho: YAG laser keratoplasty (LTK) on hyperopia. Methods Twenty-four patients with mild and moderate hyperopia underwent LTK. The preoperative refraction was + 0.50 ~ + 5.00D and the energy density was 44 J / cm2. The average follow-up was 7.6 ± 1.2 months. Results LTK was effective for mild hyperopia (≤ + 3.00D) and effective for hyperopia (≤ + 3.00D) after ECCE. However, all patients had different degree of refractive regression after operation. Conclusion LTK has the advantages of simple, rapid, quick and no short-term complications, it is a promising surgical treatment.
