今年是苦战三年具有决定意义的一年,亦是更大跃进的一年。在这一年,辽吉两省电力工业将有更高速度的发展,相应的,培訓任务也十分艰巨。具体表現一是培訓人数多,二是时間又十分紧。在这种形势下,显然采用老一套的培訓方法是行不通了,可是又沒有新的培訓办法,只好由各厂摸索去搞,經过最近几个月的努力,多数厂的培訓工作有了蓬勃发展。有些单位已掀起了一个培訓工作的羣众运动,特别是阜新发电厂,已形成了全党动手的培訓
