产业系统所引起的环境压力越来越被人们所关注,其环境压力的大小与进入产业系统的物质通量水平密切相关,物质循环利用行为已经成为降低物质通量、降低环境压力的重要途径。然而现行的物质循环评价指标更多关注直接物质循环利用量,忽视间接物质循环利用量的测度;关注整体循环度的大小,忽视促成循环行为所添加物质量的测度。本研究应用生态投入产业流分析方法,构建循环效率和循环指数两类物质循环测度指标,强化对间接和隐形物质循环流的测度,准确评价产业系统通量流中物质循环利用水平。在此基础上,从内涵和结果两个方面与现行物质循环指标进行比较,为完善产业系统物质循环评价体系提供有益参考和借鉴。
The environmental pressure caused by the industrial system is getting more and more attention. The environmental pressure is closely related to the level of material flux entering the industrial system. The material recycling has become an important way to reduce the material flux and reduce the environmental pressure. However, the current indicators of material cycle pay more attention to the direct material recycling, ignoring the measurement of indirect material recycling; attention to the size of the overall degree of circulation, ignoring the contribution of circulating behavior to add the measure of the amount of material. In this study, the ecological input into the industrial flow analysis method was used to construct two indicators of cycle efficiency and cycle index, which can strengthen the measurement of indirect and invisible substance circulation and accurately evaluate the level of material recycling in the industrial system flux. On this basis, comparing with the current material circulation index from two aspects of connotation and result, it can provide useful reference and reference for perfecting the material circulation evaluation system of industrial system.
