全国拆迁委员会第二届第二次执行委员工作会议于1998年11月24～26日在福州市召开。来自全国直辖市、省会市和计划单列市共56各委员和代表参加会议。会议由执行委员会副主任委员殷国元、杭仲明主持,福州市副市长吴华瑞到会祝贺,并介绍福州市近几年改革和建设成就。原拆迁委员会秘书长、建设部住宅产业化办公室副主任梁小青同志代表拆迁委员会秘书处作了工作报告;常务副秘书长王树林同志作了财务收支报告;建设部住宅与房地产业司沈建忠副司长报告了补选经过和宣布新补选的委员名单。
The Second National Executive Committee Meeting of the National Demolition and Relocation Committee was held in Fuzhou from November 24 to November 26, 1998. 56 members and representatives from municipalities directly under the Central Government, provincial capitals and cities under separate state planning attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Yin Guoyuan and Hang Zhongming, vice chairman of the Executive Committee, and Wu Huarui, deputy mayor of Fuzhou, to be congratulated at the meeting and introduced the reform and construction achievements of Fuzhou in recent years. Secretary General of the original demolition committee, deputy director of Housing Industrialization Office of Ministry of Construction Comrade Liang Xiaoqing made a work report on behalf of the demolition committee secretariat; Comrade Wang Shulin, executive deputy secretary general made a financial income and expenditure reports; Ministry of Construction and Housing Division Shen Jianzhong, deputy director The list of members who reported the passage of the by-election and the announcement of the new by-election was reported.
